Shipping + Handling
All in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your package after shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Please allow between 3-6 Weeks for Made To Order garments.
We charge a $9.99 flat fee for domestic USPS Priority shipping, and we ship to all addresses within the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
HALIYA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently don't ship outside of the U.S. If you're interested in shipping something internationally, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipping options.
If for any reason you are not totally thrilled with your purchase of in-stock or one-off items, you may return the goods within 7 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or a refund to your original method of payment. Any item returned must be in the same condition it was received, without any signs of being washed or worn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Once we have received and inspected your return package, your refund or store credit will be processed.
Please note we cannot refund the original shipping and handling costs, and are not responsible for any return shipping costs. Please make sure that your return is securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for any damage to products during shipping.
Any items labeled "Made To Order" are not eligible for return.
